Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective September 5, 2026
1. Subscriptions and renewal
Paid access is a subscription that renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. Payments are handled by Stripe.
2. Canceling (click-to-cancel)
You can cancel anytime from your account, and canceling is as easy as subscribing, with no phone calls or hoops. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current paid period; you keep access until then.
3. Refunds
Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact Support@careerlaunchgroup.com and we'll work with you in good faith.
4. EU/UK right of withdrawal
If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. Use the on-page Withdraw option or email us. If you asked for immediate access to digital content and acknowledged that you waive your withdrawal right, that waiver applies as described at checkout.
